Hey! So since the deadline I haven't really known what to do with myself, apart from attempt to get the smell of epoxy glue out of my room and watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer. So I thought I should probably get around to updating my blog! So prepare for a billions posts. (or just a few...)

ech I haven't posted anything stop mo related in a while by the looks of it. umm I'll start with making my armature snazzy I suppose!
Gave him a nose. :) awwww.

I've put below the walk cycle and the hopscotch for Stage 1. Thought as this is meant to be an animation blog it should have some animation on it!
There's a billion flaws with them, but hey, I'm improving! That's what counts right?!
 Also most of what I animated was done in my room so sorry for the awful lighting.

So I kinda forgot about this whole blogging thing, so I'm going to start off with something easy to ease myself back into it. ^_^
I had a visual forms deadline last week (I think...) so here are some (and by some I mean 25) that I didn't think were completely awful.
It's really annoying out of all the work I've done this year, a painting of a fricking egg is my favourite. An egg.
I'll post more when I'm not half asleep. :)

Stage 3 of the show-reel is a double character interaction performance set to dialogue. I decided to take dialogue from the elevator scene in (500) Days of Summer, mainly because there's not a crazy amount of dialogue so I can focus more on animating the interaction. And ya know, The Smiths.

Below are my pre-production sheets. ^_^

Animatics for Stage 2. ^_^

I'm animating with just an armature for this one, so I felt like I could get away with drawing a stick-man.

Now onto the final project pre-production!
For Stage 1 of the showreel I have to do three basic exercises, two human, one animal.
I've decided to do a happy walk, a hop-scotch (making LAV's fun) and a rabbit hopping.

Here are some thumbnails for the human exercises. :}

Researching rabbits was the best. Spent a lot of my time watching youtube videos or at Pets At Home. THEIR EARS :D
